How Naughty.id is funded, in plain terms.

Naughty.id is funded by partner and affiliate referrals and, on some pages, by clearly labelled commercial placements. If you follow a partner link and go on to use that service, we may be paid a fee. You never pay more because of it.
Where you will see it
A disclosure appears above the first commercial element on every page that carries one — not only in the footer. Commercial cards carry a visible Partner label and are styled differently from editorial content, so you can always tell which is which.
Where commercial content is not allowed at all
On the parts of this site that exist to help someone change a habit, work through a relationship crisis, or understand their own health, there are no commercial destinations. Not lower down the page, not in the sidebar, not in the result of a self-assessment. Where a commercial section exists on this site it is labelled as such and kept structurally separate from those journeys.
What payment does not change
It does not buy a place in a comparison, a better description, a higher position, or the removal of a drawback. Our methodology sets out the criteria that decide those.
Where a relationship does not exist
We describe a partner relationship only once it actually exists. Until then, no company is named as a partner anywhere on this site.
